Nearly everyone by now knows a diaper rash or vaginal yeast infection should appear like, although are you confident that you are truly curing the infection, and not just provisionally treating the symptoms? At the end of this article, I provide a link that will help you know more about vaginal yeast infection.

We use a grouping approach, together with dietary alterations, supplements and lifestyle changes that offers a natural cure for candidiasis.

Basic eating plan: Maintain a diet rich in whole foods, with abundance of vegetables, regular moderate quantities of protein, moderate fat, and nearly no simple sugars. Preferably the diet has to be free of synthetic colors, sweeteners and dyes.

This is the fundamental dietary approach we suggest to all women. Those with Candida have to go on a yeast-free diet initially until they complete the primary healing stage. You can follow the following yeast–free diet:

* Stay away from yeast–containing foods
–Beer, wine, and all other types of alcohol.
–Breads, rolls, pretzels, pastries, cookies, and sweet rolls.
–B–complex vitamins and selenium foods, if not labeled “yeast–free”.
–Vinegar or foods having vinegar, like mustard, salad dressings, pickles, barbeque sauce, mayonnaise.
–Commercially ready to eat foods like soups, dry baked nuts, potato chips, soy sauce, cider, natural root beer, olives and sauerkraut.

* Stay away from mold–containing and mold–supporting foods:
–Pickled, smoked or dried meats, fish, and poultry
–Treated pork bacon
–All cheese, aged or fresh
–Mushrooms
–Tempeh
–Soy sauce, tamari, and miso
–Peanuts, peanut products, and pistachios
–Herbs and teas that may be decayed
–Malt or foods having malt
– Canned tomatoes (fresh tomatoes are all right)

* Stay away from all concentrated sugars:
–Honey, maple syrup, brown sugar
–Fruit juices (canned, bottled, or frozen)
–Dried fruits
–All processed sugar
–Anything having high–fructose corn syrup
–High glycemic index foods

The foods that you must include in your diet are:
–All fresh vegetables — a large range, raw or lightly steamed, is finest; be sure to have dark green leafy vegetables.
–Fresh protein at each meal, like beef, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, and shellfish. Organic is finest, but fresh is necessary.
–Compound carbohydrates, like grains (rice, buckwheat, barley, millet, couscous), whole grain oatmeal, beans (kidney, lima, red beans), and certain varieties of pasta (whole wheat, spelt, corn, rice). Be cautious not to get too much carbs — 15 grams per meal utmost.
–Unprocessed nuts and seeds, apart from peanuts.
–Unrefined olive, sesame, safflower and corn oils (be definite to keep them in the refrigerator after opening to avoid spoiling).
–Lemon juice with oil for salad dressing — this may be a readymade product, but be wary to stay away from any salad dressing that have vinegar.
–Beverages like mineral or spring water, soy milk, and natural nut milks.
–Restricted quantities of fruit (three on a daily basis), unless you observe a reaction, then restrict to twice weekly. Stay away from grapes, raisins, dates, prunes and figs.
